(1) There shall be an Education Council for the operation of educational and academic programmes in each faculty.
(2) There shall be subject committees under the Education Council s prescribed.
(3) Functions, duties and powers and procedures relating to meetings of the Education Council and committees thereunder shall be as prescribed.
